These terms describe how you may use the Fidential Argus website and product. They are a working draft for buyers evaluating Argus. Your signed order form or master agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Service description

Argus is a vendor risk assessment product. It helps your team research vendors, reconcile sub-processor disclosures, score residual risk, and draft reports. Outputs are guidance for your review. They are not legal, compliance, or audit opinions.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for credentials issued to your organization. Do not share tenant access outside your team. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment under contract, or a security incident that affects other tenants.

Acceptable use

Use Argus only for lawful vendor risk work on systems you are authorized to assess. Do not probe third-party systems beyond the scopes your contracts and assessments define. Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, the human approval gate, or rate limits.

Data and privacy

Customer assessment data is processed under our privacy policy and your data processing agreement when one is in place. See the privacy policy and sub-processor list.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service and publish status at our Better Stack status page when configured. Features may change as the product evolves. Material contract commitments are documented in your agreement, not only on this page.
