This policy explains what we collect on fidential.com and in Argus, why we collect it, and the choices available to your organization. A customer-specific data processing agreement applies when you subscribe.
What we collect
- Marketing site: pages visited, referral source, and demo request fields you submit on the contact form.
- Product: tenant user identifiers, assessment artifacts you upload, vendor metadata you store, audit logs of approvals and exports, and support correspondence.
- Technical logs: request metadata, error reports, and session replay snippets when analytics is enabled and configured to mask sensitive fields.
How we use data
We use data to run the service, secure tenants, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and understand product usage. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer assessment content to train public models.
Retention and deletion
Retention follows your contract and our data retention schedule. Platform operators can request tenant export or deletion through documented data-rights flows where enabled.
Sub-processors and transfers
We use infrastructure and analytics providers listed on our sub-processor page. EU hosting options are available for selected providers where contract terms require it.
Your choices
Marketing analytics respects browser controls where applicable. Product users should work through their tenant administrator for access, correction, or deletion requests.
